Continuing its investments with the principle of sustainability, Teknomelt has developed Biona with CCP technology to produce natural and 100% biodegradable fabrics. Biona offers added value to nature and the future with its extra soft, highly absorbent feature consisting of viscose and pulp.

Teknomelt has added a new interpretation to the product, which is a mixture of PES and viscose known as classic spunlace, which is frequently used worldwide. By reducing the use of PES up to 100% in spunlace fabrics to 50%, it has greatly reduced the use of plastic and developed a more environmentally friendly product. It also offers a more environmentally friendly and budget-friendly product by using pulp instead of viscose.

Triona is a cellulose-based hybrid spunlace nonwoven fabric solution.
It is developed with a special combination of cotton, viscose, lyocell, and pulp fibers.
Free from chemical binders, it offers a completely natural and skin-friendly feel.
It combines high liquid absorbency with an extra soft touch.
