Tests are carried out in our laboratory in accordance with EDANA standards. Products for the hygiene industry also undergo microbiological testing.
In our lines, Mahlo-Seltek, the world’s leading manufacturer of inline control systems, measures parameters such as weight, air permeability and moisture across the entire width of the fabric, and measurements are made at different points during production with an online camera control system.
In Kahramanmaraş Organized Industrial Zone;
- Weight Measurement Test, Thickness Test, Tear Strength, Tensile Strength
- Elongation at Break Test, Strike Through Time (Liquid Suction Time), Wetback, Run-Off (Regional Liquid Absorbency), Resistance to Liquid Penetration (Water Column),
- Liquid and Oil Suction Time, Liquid and Oil Suction Amount,
- Air Permeability, Antistatic Test Measurement, Particulate Filtration Efficiency (TSI 8130A)
- Pressure test, Loading tests are performed.
Türkoglu Organized Industrial Zone;
- Weight Measurement Test, Thickness Test, Tear Strength, Tensile Strength
- Elongation at Break Test, Liquid Suction Time, Liquid Suction Amount, Moisture Measurement, E-Coli-Coliform-Aerobic Measurement Tests, Hardness Measurement, Chlorine Measurement, Conductivity Measurement, Turbidity Measurement, Ph Measurement tests are performed.
