eknomelt was established in 2009 and started its production activities in 2010. It operates in the technical textile sector with Meltblown, Spunbond, SMMS, Lamination and CCP Spunlace production lines. It operates in 2 separate facilities in Kahramanmaraş Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 20.000m² with an indoor area of 10000 m² and in Türkoğlu Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 50.000m² with an indoor area of 20000 m². It serves more than 500 customers domestically. Abroad, it exports to nearly 50 countries, especially to the European market.

Meltblown, Spunbond and SMMS, which are called Spunmelt, are produced in the facility producing in Kahramanmaraş Organized Industrial Zone and composite products are also manufactured from these products.

In meltblown lines, besides the main features such as high oil absorbency and water repellency, multifunctional features are added to the final product and fabrics used in filtration, medical, liquid waste cleaning, insulation, protective clothing and industrial areas are produced. In particular, it has the first and only meltblown line in our country that can produce at BFE 99.9% standard. With an annual meltblown capacity of 5000 tons, it is a serious supplier of Europe in the field of filter and absorbent cloth.

Spunbond lines meet the needs of medical, printing, packaging, furniture, agriculture, promotion, filter sectors with smooth surface and high strength products. It serves this field with an annual Spunbond capacity of 5000 tons.

SMMS has started its activities in order to serve the hygiene, medical and composite sectors in its production line. With an annual capacity of 4000 tons and a qualified laboratory specially supported for this production, it is a serious supplier of diaper manufacturers and medical product manufacturers.

In the facility in Türkoğlu Organized Industrial Zone, 100% biodegradable fabrics are manufactured with the CCP Spunlace line. Thanks to this line developed by Andritz for Teknomelt with new generation technology, wet wipe fabrics, disposable fabrics used in the cosmetics world and disposable cleaning cloth fabrics are produced with completely natural fibers that do not contain plastic. With an annual capacity of 20,000 tons, it contributes to the world’s biodegradable fabric production.

It is an important nonwoven manufacturer in Turkey and Europe with an annual production capacity of 32,000 tons with its productions in Kahramanmaraş Organized Industrial Zone and Türkoğlu Organized Industrial Zone.
