Teknomelt R&D Center

Teknomelt R&D Center was entitled to receive the R&D Center Registration Certificate by the Ministry of Industry and Technology on 04.07.2019. “In this context, we continue to carry out our activities with a more professional perspective, contributing to the R&D ecosystem of our country.

Our R&D Center has worked on many projects in different fields; as a result of the researches and examinations carried out, high value-added products have emerged. We aim to increase the commercialization figures of our value-added products and develop more innovative products.
The most fundamental values that shape our work are sustainability and environmental awareness. Aware of our responsibility towards future generations, we continue our innovative products and innovative works with this philosophy.

In our R&D Center, more than 30 projects have been successfully completed with our own resources, 2 TUBITAK Projects, 1 KOSGEB project have been entitled to receive support.

Our R&D Center makes a difference and stands out in the sector with 2 TUBITAK projects with the theme of “Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence” that have already been approved.

Our ongoing negotiations on University-Industry collaborations, national and international consortiums and our planned project studies continue devotedly. We are expanding our vision by participating in congresses, fairs and trainings around the world.
As a leading company in its sector, Teknomelt’s R&D Laboratory is the most advanced laboratory in its field and has the highest number of devices/equipment. In addition to the equipment that can perform many product quality tests in our R&D Laboratory; It has a wide infrastructure of machinery and equipment such as nanofiber blowing device, kissroll coating device and dust-particle retention devices. In this way, we simulate possible situations that may be encountered in real production and post-production uses, and design our products with the latest technology. We also contribute to the academic literature with our studies.
