Teknomelt R&D Center
The Teknomelt R&D Center was granted the R&D Center Certification by the Ministry of Industry and Technology on 04.07.2019. Within this scope, we continue our activities with a more professional perspective while contributing to Türkiye’s R&D ecosystem.

The Teknomelt R&D Center has worked on numerous projects in different fields and, as a result of these studies, has developed innovative and high value-added products, successfully commercializing them.
Sustainability and environmental awareness form the foundation of the Teknomelt R&D Center’s activities. With a strong sense of responsibility toward future generations, we continue to develop and advance our innovative products and R&D-focused studies in line with this vision.
To date, more than 50 projects have been carried out with our own resources at the R&D Center. In addition, nearly 10 TÜBİTAK projects and 3 KOSGEB projects have been successfully completed with grant support.
Our studies, driven by sustainability, innovation, and high added value, contribute not only to the industry but also significantly to academic literature.
As an R&D Center, we position sustainability and artificial intelligence technologies at the core of our projects, developing innovative solutions that shape the manufacturing approach of the future.
Our ongoing collaborations with universities, industry partners, and national and international consortiums continue with dedication through planned and active project studies. By participating in worldwide congresses, fairs, and training programs, we continuously expand our vision and strengthen our global perspective.
Teknomelt reinforces its leading position in the sector through its strong R&D and technological infrastructure. The R&D Laboratory within Teknomelt is recognized as one of the most comprehensive and well-equipped laboratories in its field, thanks to its advanced devices, machinery, and testing equipment.
In addition to comprehensive quality and performance tests conducted in our laboratory, innovative product development processes are carried out using high-tech equipment such as nanofiber blowing machines, kiss-roll coating systems, and dust/particle retention testing devices. Thanks to this powerful infrastructure, we simulate real production conditions and post-use scenarios, designing our products with an advanced technology-oriented approach.
situations that may be encountered in real production and post-production uses, and design our products with the latest technology. We also contribute to the academic literature with our studies.
